Putting together events can be really stressful. There’s so much to do and coordinate.
Email invitations, however, shouldn’t be. Are you struggling with what to include in your email invite?
Think about what you would like to see in an invite yourself. Obviously the venue/platform if virtual, time, agenda and the speakers.
Another good place to start would be anticipating the questions the attendees may have. Consider a good design, inclusive language and personalization.
Here are a few key things to consider while creating the invitation email
The 5 W’s - Who, What, When and Why.
Less is more - You don’t need to write paragraphs to explain things.
Don’t forget the CTA’s - A Call To Action is a win-win. It will give you the metrics and give the user a great experience.
Make the design enjoyable - Stick to your branding
Consider your language - What tone or vibe do you want to convey?
Think about the details - E-mail subject lines, e-mail follow-ups and any other small details to captivate your audience.
