Work on Your Strengths, Not Your Weaknesses

Here is an unpopular belief! Focus on what makes you great, and do more of that. Think about it, the greatest minds in history found ways to shut out the distractions, their weaknesses and negativity to be the best version of themselves. By devoting more energy to their strengths, they can expose their weaknesses and determine if it is something that can support their strengths, or if it is something to let go. Next time you are in a meeting with teammates, consider how you can use your strength and see how it can be developed.
