Facebook wants to make work easier for page managers switching from personal to business accounts in messenger. This will be done by tapping and holding your picture in messenger.
Managing your business messages within Page Manager and creator Studio apps is already possible but making them accessible through your messenger app will surely make it a lot easier to stay on to of things.
Businesses will be able to choose to receive notifications in the Messenger app to remind them to get back to their customers. With Facebook still working on it’s messaging integration plan, soon we will be able to use the same process for Whatsapp and Instagram.
